Brad Pitt stars in this darkly comic thriller based on a 1974 George V. Higgins crime novel. Jackie Cogan (Pitt) is a professional 'point man' - that is, the investigator who prepares the way for a hitman - who is assigned to track down a pair of junkies who have ripped off a mob-protected poker game. The star-studded supporting cast includes Ray Liotta, James Gandolfini, Scoot McNairy and Sam Shepard.
All six seasons of the popular American crime drama. The series focuses on mob boss Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) and his close-knit family. There's the dutiful wife Carmela (Edie Falco), the not-so-dutiful son A.J. (Robert Iler), the daughter Meadow (Jamie Lynn Sigler), the uncle Junior (Dominick Chianese), the hot-headed nephew Christopher (Michael Imprioli), the not-too-secret mistress Irina (Oksana Lada) and the shrink Dr Jennifer Melfi (Lorraine Bracco).
Jake Scott directs this indie drama starring James Gandolfini and Kristen Stewart. Middle-aged businessman Doug (Gandolfini) has led a life of quiet desperation since the death of his daughter eight years ago, and the subsequent withdrawal from life of his severely depressed wife, Lois (Melissa Leo). While attending a conference in New Orleans, Doug makes a fumbled attempt to heal his own broken heart by engaging with the problems of troubled teenage runaway Mallory (Stewart).

In 'Pax Soprana', Tony is displeased when Junior begins taxing his associates and keeping the money for himself, but surprises his shrink, Dr Melfi, with a kiss.
